INDIVIDUAL REMEDIAL GYMNASTICS

This therapy is tailored specifically to each individual patient, taking into consideration their unique needs, goals, and physical abilities. Based on the findings, the therapist will develop an individualized treatment plan that includes specific exercises and movements designed to help the patient achieve their goals. One of the main benefits of individual remedial gymnastics is that it allows the therapist to provide one-on-one attention and guidance to the patient, ensuring that the exercises are performed correctly and effectively. This can help to prevent further injury and promote faster, more effective healing.

GROUP REMEDIAL GYMNASTICS

The exercises may include stretching, strengthening, and functional movements, and may also involve the use of equipment such as resistance bands, weights, and foam rollers. It is taking place in small groups.

WATER REMEDIAL GYMNASTICS

In an underwater remedial gymnastics’ session, the therapist will guide the patient through a series of exercises and movements designed to help improve their physical function and manage their symptoms. The exercises may include stretching, strengthening, and functional movements, and may also involve the use of equipment such as flotation devices, weights, and resistance bands.

One of the main benefits of underwater remedial gymnastics is that it allows for a safe and effective workout, even for individuals with limited mobility or chronic pain. The buoyancy of the water reduces stress on joints and allows for a wider range of motion, helping to promote healing and improve physical function. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to improve your physical function, underwater remedial gymnastics can provide the support and guidance you need to achieve your goals.
